Terms of Service — FunPass

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FunPass platform operated by Paragon Media Group ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using FunPass, you agree to these Terms.
1. Platform Description
FunPass is a multitenant digital passport, membership, and ticketing platform. We provide technology infrastructure for attractions, tours, events, and venues ("Operators") to sell digital passes to end users ("Customers"). The Company acts as a technology intermediary, not as the direct provider of the underlying attractions or events.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, to create an account.
3. Purchases and Payments
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are set by individual Operators and may vary by tenant. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method.
4. Digital Passes
Upon successful payment, a digital pass will be delivered to your email. Passes contain a dynamic QR code that rotates every 60 seconds for security. Screenshots of passes may not be valid after the QR token expires. Passes are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by the Operator.
5. Refund Policy
Refund policies are set by each Operator. The Company does not guarantee refunds but will facilitate refund requests in accordance with the applicable Operator's policy. For refund inquiries, contact support@funpass.com.mx with your order details.
6. Operator Responsibilities
Operators are independent businesses. The Company is not responsible for the quality, availability, or safety of attractions or events offered by Operators. Any disputes regarding the underlying service should be directed to the Operator.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Attempt to circumvent QR validation security
- Share, sell, or transfer passes in violation of Operator terms
- Use the platform for fraudulent purposes
- Reverse engineer or scrape the platform
8. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, and software are owned by Paragon Media Group. FunPass, the FunPass logo, and related marks are trademarks of Paragon Media Group.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or attendance at any attraction or event.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mazatlán, Sinaloa, México.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
